Who we are

This website is operated by DANJJAK (UEN 202531006D), a business registered in Singapore ("DANJJAK", "we", "us"). You can reach us at danjjak.sg@gmail.com.

If you have a question about your personal data, or wish to make a request under the PDPA, write to us at that address and mark your message for the attention of our Data Protection Officer.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us. We do not sell products or take payment on this website, so we do not collect payment details here.

• Details you enter in the enquiry or contact form: your name, company, email address, phone number, the topic you select, the products on your enquiry list and anything you write in the message.
• Your enquiry list itself, which is stored in your own browser on your device and is not sent to us until you submit the form.
• Basic technical information that our hosting provider records when a page is served, such as the request and the browser used.

How we use it

We use the details in your enquiry to reply to you, prepare a quotation, fulfil an order you go on to place and keep a record of our correspondence with you. We do not use your details for marketing unless you have asked us to.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers we need in order to reply to you and fulfil orders, and only to the extent they need it.

• EmailJS, which delivers messages from the website's forms to our inbox.
• Google, which provides the email account we receive and send messages from.
• Our hosting provider, Vercel, which serves this website.
• Delivery partners, where an order is being shipped to you.
• Authorities or advisers where we are required to by law.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you and information about how it has been used, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, and withdraw your consent to our using it.

To make a request, email us at danjjak.sg@gmail.com. We will respond as soon as we reasonably can. If you withdraw consent, we may no longer be able to reply to your enquiry or supply you.

Retention and security

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and to meet our record-keeping and tax obligations, then delete it.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal data, including limiting who in the business can see enquiries. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your enquiry list is kept in your browser's local storage so it is still there if you close the tab. You can clear it at any time using the "Clear list" button, or by clearing your browser's site data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the business changes. The version on this page is the one that applies.
