Xepacort Cream 1% is a trusted, mild topical corticosteroid formulated for fast and effective relief from skin irritation, inflammation, and itching. Whether you are dealing with an unexpected bug bite or an allergic reaction, Xepacort helps soothe irritated skin quickly. Hydrocortisone is a mild corticosteroid clinically indicated for: • Insect Bites & Stings: Relieves localized swelling, redness, and itching from mosquitoes and other bugs. • Allergic Contact Dermatitis: Calms skin reactions caused by allergens found in cosmetics, rubber, plants, resins, and adhesive plasters. • Irritant Contact Dermatitis: Soothes skin flare-ups triggered by workplace chemicals, detergents, bleaches, and washing powders. Xepacort cream contains Hydrocortisone 1% w/w. Chlorocresol 0.12% w/w as preservative.

Ensure the affected area is clean and dry. Apply a thin film of cream sparingly to the affected area two to four times daily.
