Inhale the vapors (top section): Remove the cap from the top end of the stick Hold the inhaler just below the nostril (do not insert into the nose) Gently inhale through the nose, one nostril at a time 1–2 gentle sniffs per nostril is usually enough; over-inhaling may cause irritation 2.
